Legend of Dragoon, GuildWars

There and back... again ?

Soo... This account is still active ?

Sadly, I don't have much more to say than I did in the last few years.

Back to normal?

Jeez... It's been a while, ain't it? It's now over: I've seen every and each movie I really wanted to see in the last few months (H2G2, Batman Begins, Sin City, Appleseed, the War of Worlds, Fantastic Four) and even a few I didn't really want to see but which I enjoyed anyhow (like the Transporter II).

So, back to the boring office life. And I should say booooooooooooooooooooooooooriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing. Nuff to do here at work. Just like our clients were stuck in a time stop.

Hey, that's just nice. It makes me able to tell you about what I did during my vacations...

Beyond movies, my vacations were mostly elfs and trõlls. And comics. Lots of them. Too many, I think.

It was a dull day...

Although, I was so light-hearted, good-tempered and positive this morning, the day quickly appeared to be dull and sooooo boring. But, in the end, it wasn't so bad since I coould see Star Wars, Ep. IV tonight!

Sheesh, I *SO* waited for that. Well, in fact there still are amounts of plot holes 'tween Ep. III and IV, but, don't get me wrong, I just don't care. Can't tell you how nice it is to watch this film. The coolest film ever, if ever there was to be one.

I just loved it. Can you believe this was made almost 30 years ago? I wasn't born, my older brother wasn't even conceived! In fact, my parents weren't even married at the time. You believe that? Amazing what people can do with a few styrofoam and PVC pieces and lots of painting.

Darn, that was *GRRRRRRRREAT!*

Herm... At that point, I guess it would be quite useful to recall that this is not a Star Wars fan's blog. Actually, I'm just riding high on the Star Wars hype, like some hippie rediscovering LSD.

Maybe when they've aired Ep. VI, I will be able to think back to normal (if I have ever been normal, that's to say). 'til I get to see H2G2, at least. And Batman Begins. And...

OMFG! I'm a geek!
(Well, it's not that big a surprise)

Star Wars, Episode III actually rocks!

I saw it today in the afternoon and, GAWD! Was this great! I just can't express how I was pleased about the overall movie. It made it up for Ep. I and II. It actually did.

Some may rant about details but it IS a damn great movie. For an overall review of everything that's questionnable, take a look at this review (thanks to LJ/u/metaquotes).

I feared the worse. I expected the best. It wasn't the best, but by no means have I been disappointed by The Revenge of the Sith as I've been by The Attack of the Clones or The Phantom Menace. The Sith have avenged from the Jedis and taken over the whole galaxy. The Empire has arisen. Anakin has become Darth Vader (I'll never get it why it became "Dark Vador" in the french version). Padme has given birth to Luke and Leia. And now... the galaxy waits for A New Hope...

(And it will be rewarded, sinc Ep. IV shows on TV on Monday! Yay!)

Well.
Jedis rock!

May the Force be with you.

Star Wars, Episode III: The Revenge of the Fans?

Today is THE day. What day? The day when I get to see the new Star Wars, of course!

The tickets are already in my pocket, so I won't risk queueing for hours to find that the morning showing is sold out. But I'd better go if I don't want to be late.

Will it be damn good or will it just suck? There's been some animated discussions about it on DorkTower Feed. I'm still bemusing about whether or not I'm a fan, since I actually liked Episode I (even if it wasn't quite close to what I expected it would be, yes, it still was a nice film).

Ho, go to hell. I just want to have an enjoyable movie.

Well, I'm back in the blogosphere...

And I'm here because I gave in to the DORK side of the web.

Now, how was I ever supposed to resist? I'm every part of what a dork can be: a Tolkien fan, a Star Wars fan, a Star Trek fan, a Role Playing Gamer (both online and PnP) and, most of all, I bought Munchkin (if this isn't dork, no thing is).

Well, since I created an account on LJ just to be able to post an unsignificant comment on John Kovalic's journal, I figured I'd better use it to. I just wonder how long I will be able to feed this with something that makes enough sense to be posted, and if there's just one person who will read it.

Well... Just wait and see, I'd say...
